I’m writing to explain some strategic changes to our company.

• I am taking the lead as designer, drafter, and project manager. Using the experience built over the past five years at our firm as well as guidance by experienced colleagues, I am excited to continue to produce quality work for our clients.
• We are relocating from 109 Central Ave. We will continue the same level of services, sharing space with colleagues and working remotely. I can be easily reached at the same phone number (831-449-6490) and email address (james@tjcaia.com).
• In addition to our focus on Monterey County, we are widening our reach to include projects in Santa Clara County. I look forward to discussing your future projects in Salinas, Monterey and San Jose areas.

I am dedicated to continuing serving our clients with quality services, diligence, and professionalism. I am excited to enter a new phase for our firm and hope we can participate in many more successful building projects together.
