Architect or Intern
Thomas J. Carleton Architecture is an award-winning design firm (www.tjcaia.com)
located in Salinas, California, TJC is coordinating a variety of private
commercial and residential projects in Northern California. A creative
position for an architect or experienced intern is available for the individual
that can demonstrate a high level of ethics, self discipline, talent,
and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Sketch schematic design drawings
• Preparation of construction documents
• Process building permits
• Contact with clients, consultants, and contractors
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• 4+ years experience in design and production
• Ability to develop design and construction documents
• Knowledge of commercial and residential construction types
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3-D modeling programs
Salary and benefits will be based on experience.
