This elevated 12-acre site overlooks Monterey Bay. The owners requested a 3,600 square foot house in a Tuscany style, designed to take advantage of the spectacular views. You enter the house through a stone tower and into the living room under a vaulted ceiling that focuses your view outside across the deck. The home includes a large kitchen, family room, a media room, a master bedroom suite, two other bedrooms and baths, and an exercise room. The garage, laundry and storage is on a lower level. Among the home's special features is a covered BBQ integrated into the corner of the house.

Architect: Thomas J. Carleton
